Social Media Coordinator

Job Description
We are looking for a talented Social Media Coordinator to build an audience and maintain a strong, online presence for our company. Your role is to build brand awareness, implement online marketing strategies and deliver excellent customer service through our social media channels. Do you know the difference between stories, snaps, tweets and reels? Are you a social-savvy individual who is up for the challenge of representing a forward-thinking, innovative tech company? We’d love to meet you!
You will work with our Marketing Coordinator, Graphic and Web Designers, contributing to marketing strategies, implementing campaigns and promotions, creating original content and engaging with prospective customers.
You will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to monitor social media metrics to increase web traffic and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Build Brand awareness through content creation, social ads & engaging with complementary brands, influencers & prospective customers.
Discover and capitalise on current trends.
Create & deliver engaging text, image and video content.
Help co-workers to use social media in a cohesive way to best represent our brand.
Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries.
Develop a social media content calendar.
Suggest and implement new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions.
Requirements
- Building an audience for a brand.
- Using scheduling, listening and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication & basic design skills.
- Good organisation & multitasking skills.
- Team work.
Desirables
- Familiarity with executing and adapting online marketing strategies.
- Previous experience working in a similar role.
- Experience working for a technology brand.
- Knowledge of SEO, SERP, keyword research and Google Analytics.
- Degree (or equivalent) in marketing, social media, communications, new media or similar relevant field.
- Good written and spoken Welsh language.
Sales Consultant
This position is delivered via the Kickstart Scheme.
Working Hours: 25-40 per week.
Job Description
We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about helping people through innovative technology. Are you a results-driven Sales Representative ready to actively seek out and engage customer prospects? We’d love to speak with you.
You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and increase revenue.
Responsibilities
Present, promote and sell products/services implementing solid arguments to existing and prospective customers using digital communication.
Building and maintaining positive business and/or consumer relationships to ensure future sales.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Reach out to customer leads through both warm and cold calling.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Requirements
- Ability to build business & customer relationships.
- Highly motivated with a proven sales track record.
- Excellent communication, negotiation & organisational skills.
- Ability to create & deliver presentations.
Desirables
- Good knowledge of MS Office, BRM & CRM practices.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent.
